Breaking Habits and Smoking Cessation

For many of us, breaking a habit such as smoking or nail-biting will make an enormous impact on our quality of life. The frustration begins when our intentions just do not seem to match our ability to stop. Will power is not some elusive gift that some people have and others do not – we all have the ability to learn the right tools to make change. And even those who have no problem with will power will find change a much more achievable challenge with these tools in hand.

In order to break habits, we will work together on both the conscious and subconscious levels.

On the conscious level, we will work together to identify a strong tangible benefit for change and work on ways of creating alternative behaviours and habits to replace the old ones.

At the subconscious level, we will pass new messages to the subconscious mind to empower you to make the changes you have chosen to make.
