Panic & Anxiety Attacks

Anxiety is the feeling of fear we all experience when faced with threatening or difficult situation. It helps us to avoid danger, makes us alert and motivates us to deal with problems. Panic is defined as a sudden and unexpected surge of anxiety which makes you want to leave a situation. When these feelings become too strong, they can stop us from doing the things we want to. To most of us, it is obvious what is making us anxious - when the problem disappears, so does the anxiety. However, for some of us, the anxiety continues long after the event and also in anticipation of it possibly occuring again. If feelings of panic or anxiety are preventing you from getting the most out of life, therapy can help. Please call 020 7 323 3830 to make an appointment.
