Public Speaking

Public speaking anxiety is extremely common. Very few of us are used to being under so much concentrated scrutiny by so many people. It really is a very unnatural situation, especially if you weren’t one of those children always in school plays or enjoyed being the centre of attention. The scrutiny and therefore the anxiety are often on a number of different levels which is why public speaking is an issue that affects so many people. This is also why the approach I take in improving your public speaking confidence is multifaceted.

Together, we will address the tangible benefit of improving this skill and understand how much of an obstacle it is to your success; we will focus on practice and performance confidence; on self-esteem and confidence building; and finally learning to “anchor”, relax and manage our state.
